- Download MIDI BLE Connect or similar app from the Play store.
- Ensure Location Services and/or Bluetooth Scanning in your Android settings
- Turn on your Woovebox while holding down 1/Cd or 2/bS (use the latter if your device has a buggy BLE driver stack)
- Scan for a device called WOOVEBOX-xxxx or WB and pair with it.
- Keep the app open in the background
- You may need to disable/change your lock screen timeout in order for your browser not to go to sleep.
You can now use your Woovebox with Wooveconnect to transfer songs, patterns and other data, as well as any Android apps that support MIDI over BLE.
Turn your device into landscape mode to see your device mirrored on the screen. In this mode you will also receive detailed documentation when you perform a long-press (to bring up the 8-character description) for parameters on your Woovebox.

An LED in between the value knob and the screen will illuminate while your Woovebox is charging.
- Levels, VU Metering & monitoring (under Sampler & vocoder)
VU ("volume unit") metering is a useful tool to ensure the levels coming into the audio input are not too soft, nor too loud.
- 2/bS BLE enable in compatibility mode (under Boot modes)
The display reads 'boot bLE' instead of the usual boot up sequence.
- Auto-save (under The very basics)
Please do not turn off your Woovebox when an auto save is scheduled.
